Returns & Exchanges Policy

Each Haiti FanWear™ item is made to order. This means your product is printed especially for you after checkout.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Wrong color ordered
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Personal preference
  • Event cancellation
  • Delayed delivery outside our control

Please review the size chart, color, product description, and shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery

Include:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Email used at checkout
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Photo of the full product
  • Photo of the packaging, if damaged
  • Short explanation of the problem

After reviewing your claim, we may offer:

  • Replacement
  • Reprint
  • Refund
  • Store credit

The resolution depends on the issue and claim review.

Size Issues

We do not offer free exchanges for size issues.

Our products are made on demand, so we cannot restock or resell returned custom-printed items the same way a traditional retail store can.

Please check the size chart before ordering. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Color Disclaimer

Product colors may appear slightly different in person than on your screen because of:

  • Monitor settings
  • Phone brightness
  • Lighting
  • Print method
  • Fabric type

Small color variations are not considered defects.

Print Placement Disclaimer

Because products are made individually, slight variations in print placement may occur. Minor placement differences are normal and are not considered defects.

Final Sale Items

All made-to-order items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

Return Address

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

If a return is required, we will provide instructions.

Refund Timing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow your bank or payment provider time to process the refund after it has been issued.
